To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, with the original labels attached and intact.
A proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or delivery note is also necessary.
Please repackage your goods with the original delivery note and post it to us at the following address.

If you would like to return an order made online during current lockdown (2021) you will have 14 days from the date we reopen to return order in person, in store, for a full refund.
